Overview
The Sorenson Center for Clinical Excellence is seeking a client care representative (Staff Assistant III) who will primarily serve the Behavior Support Services and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling service lines within the Behavioral Health Clinic. This individual will support licensed behavior analysts, mental health clinicians, and clinicians at various levels of training. The individual will serve as a liaison between clients and the care team, assist with continued care, and aid with interdisciplinary care and clinical triage to community resources, as appropriate. The individual will provide some training on clinic procedures and operations to new clinicians. This can be a fast-paced job that requires multitasking. This position reports to the Center Operations Manager. Job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four years of relevant experience; or an associate degree/technical training plus two years of relevant experience or a bachelors degree is required
Experience in a customer service setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer relations in an outpatient medical setting
- Experience working in a setting with a focus on clients with challenging behaviors
- Experience with data collection programs (e.g., Qualtrics, REDCap)
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Experience training clinical staff in a facility which provided applied behavior analysis services
Certification as a board-certified behavior analyst or registered behavior technician
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
