Nexeo HR is seeking a Leasing Agent in Lehi,UT. As a Leasing Agent,you will play a vital role in our community's success. You will greet prospective tenants,show them available units,and assist them in completing the leasing process. Your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills will ensure that residents feel valued and supported throughout their time with us. Whether you're answering inquiries over the phone,giving tours of our property,or completing administrative tasks,you'll always strive to exceed expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
Maintain knowledge of property amenities and the local area.
Complete administrative tasks as needed.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Property management experience is preferred but not required.
Sales or customer service experience is valued.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Must pass a national background check.

$17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
*Schedule *
9:00am - 6:00pm | Monday - Friday
