Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in sales/trading in an e-commerce environment.

  • Experience in retail, online sector and ecosystem.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced online sales environment, with repeated financial and expansion success and exceeding quotas.

  • Experience in building relationships with partners, with strategic and sales approach.

  • Experience working within European markets with established regional retail knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization.

Google Store is Google’s owned and operated e-commerce channel for Google hardware devices and services. Our mission is to deliver excellent e-commerce experiences for our customers and maximize first-party hardware devices and service sales.

In this role, you will assist the development of the e-commerce business as it scales in the region. You will manage all sites across EMEA and be responsible in driving an optimal customer experience and business across the breadth of Google’s device and services portfolio. This includes Pixel phones, buds, smartwatch, tablet, Fitbit and Google Nest portfolios. You'll be involved in product launches, strategy, promotional planning and forecasting. You will be expected to drive trading performance to achieve quarterly sales goals whilst improving the customer experience at every step. You will act as a primary contact for Google Store and partner cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, customer service, demand planning, product, engineering, legal and finance and country teams.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

  • Lead and develop one or more of the device and services categories on Google Store, including launch planning, sales forecasting, promotional planning, analysis and merchandising across EMEA sites.

  • Set goals for product volumes, market share goals, execution and on-site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new and existing products.

  • Deliver and exceed sales goals and source new opportunities.

  • Improve customer experience with a focus on site capabilities, delivery and support.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact, both internally and externally using a trading and day-to-day management perspective.
