Core responsibilities

  • Develop creative, communication, and brand strategy

  • Support the development of engaging and effective creative ideas that connect with audiences

  • Create multichannel communications plans combining owned, earned, paid and shared media

  • Unearth compelling channel and audience insight

  • Be a key source of digital inspiration (including e-commerce, social media and AI) within the team, bringing digital trends, tools and innovation to the table

  • Deliver campaign and content evaluations with recommendations for the future

  • Provide frameworks and structured activities that encourage performance tracking and analysis, predominantly related to digital and social media output

  • Collaborate and build strong partner relationships across the business

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience (min. 5-8 years) working as a strategist either in an agency or in-house function - ideally in a role with a digital focus

  • Experience working with leading global brands, building campaigns and content

  • An expert within the e-commerce, SoMe, and AI space, keeping up with trends and emerging behaviors

  • Proficient in data analysis, insight gathering, data-driven planning and reporting on effectiveness

  • Experience in working across big ecosystems and communication planning

  • Highly collaborative and proactive team-player with strong communication and presentation skills
