The Early Career Manager is responsible for a critical part of our talent strategy - we need to attract and hire the best early career talent across Europe to enable us to grow the future leaders of tomorrow. The Early Career Manager is accountable for working across our core markets to build on-campus presence and activity to grow the employer brand and to attract the type of talent that will thrive in our environment adding new value from day one.

This is an individual contributor role, collaborating closely with their Early Careers colleagues.

Role Responsibilities

There are a few key areas that the Early Careers Manager will directly manage with impact:

  • Implement the European Early Career strategy to attract, engage, assess and hire the best diverse talent available in the market

  • Build strong relationships across multiple collaborator groups, including different cultures/markets, internal & external including key graduate universities, diverse partnerships and academia

  • Highly attuned to the Early Careers industry, with an ability to bring the outside in to help shape thinking and hone a gold standard

  • The Early Career Manager operates as a critical partner and SME providing guidance to peers and collaborators, to ensure the global Early Careers strategy is relevant in the geography, market and function.

  • Partnering and driving across the tailored year-round attraction strategy, road-map and timeline to be implemented in market to enable quality sourcing

  • Participate and influence the creation and implementation of graduate campaigns with the Global Employer Brand team

  • Creating and managing the framework for Campus Engagement that enables the implementation of attraction initiatives in-market

  • Customize and deploy relevant brand assets and campaign materials that align to early career roles

  • Engaging and collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders to understand and bring to life individual functional and/or market priorities

  • Identifying relevant online interactive platforms to drive attraction strategies that allows for proactive engagement with potential candidates

  • Build awareness on diversity initiatives through collaboration with professional student organizations and key target universities

  • Managing and/or providing support of graduate recruitment budget to ensure cost efficiencies and compliance with attraction campaigns and graduate assessments

You’ll ideally have some experience in the following areas

  • Early Career talent hiring strategy and execution across complex businesses

  • Experience in building and promoting an employer brand.

  • Ability to build great sustainable relationships and a connected resourcing community

  • Ability to deploy programmes and processes remotely and through others.

  • A continuous improvement mentality, always evaluating programmes and tools and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Ability to engage with to the business and turn market intelligence into new programmes that suit all market needs
