Duties and responsibilities related to the Events Planning Executive role
Supportthe Events Sales Manager topromote,sell,planand execute a wide range of events within the hotel including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
Preparesales-relatedmaterialssuch as proposals, contracts, and event orders
Conductsite visitsshowcasingfacilities and events spaces
Offer clients comprehensiveinsightofthehotel offerings and recommendfood & beverageoptions and accommodation
Serve as a primary contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries aboutthehotel
About you
Previous experience in luxury events hotel sales is essential , as are excellent sales and negotiation skills. You are d etail-oriented with strong organi s ational and time management skills.
