Job Responsibilities:

TheFinance Intern - Training & Developmentwill be responsible for:

  • Creatingnew learning item and all offering underneathofFinance.

  • Ensuring the enrolment of finance population inthesystem and trackingthetraining completion.

  • Helping with the delivery of virtualandin-classtrainings.

  • Process improvement to ensure efficiency on archiving and tracking of Training records and identifying the eligible population.

  • Providingadministrative support for the finance function’s Training and Development team.

  • Maintainingand analyzingdata pertaining to training records.

  • Implementingprocess improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of services.

*Qualifications: *

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Human Resources preferred

•Strong background is MS Excel and other O365 tools

•Digitally inclined, desire to learnPowerBI
