Overview

The Performance Measurement & Reporting Director is accountable for key global measurement, reporting and analytics workstreams. It is the Centre of excellence to help elevate all market measurement capabilities through the creation of best practices, consistent measurement approaches, and development of cross market insights.

It gives the pace and the standard of Measurement, Campaign analysis, and Learning agenda across the LEGO markets and clusters.

Global

  • Compiling a global view of key campaigns, analysis and insights.

  • Delivering Post Campaign Analysis for Big Bets global campaigns

  • Delivering Reportings (Excel prior to GrowthOS integration)

GrowthOS

  • Synthesize media data requirements across use cases for development in GrowthOS

  • Work with Data Governance lead to Identify taxonomy needs based on analytics and measurement applications

Adhoc Analytics

  • be the gate way to other incremental services adds around data sciences and liaise closely with those teams to bring the best of Publicis Groupe value to the client

MMM

  • Align with MMM / Marketing Performance leads of PublicisOne on Measurement & Analytics frameworks. Support when required the Marketing Performance leads team (MMM champions) with adhoc analysis if required.

Responsibilities

  • Working within the pivotal data and analytics team which includes a mixture of measurement, campaign performance and data governance and strategy specialists.

  • Provide leadership in our core areas of service:

  • Reporting: we manage the investment and performance reporting dashboards globally. You will be expected to leverage PublicisOne reporting via GrowthOS to deliver an accurate and single source of truth performance for all campaign across all markets, and roll ups of local report for global vision.

  • PCA : for Big Bets campaigns (5 per year), you’ll be responsible for delivering Global Post campaign analysis reports, incl. markets overview, performance across channels, platforms, formats etc .. and insight as well as learning agenda to drive constant improvement.

  • Measurement : responsible for the development and the evolution of a best in class measurement framework, including all platforms and channels.

  • Advanced Analytics: With the collection of data done as part of our reporting scope, we build more advanced data analysis to provide deeper insights on performance (e.g., correlation analysis between digital media engagement and business outcomes), especially in support of MMM activity, where PublicisOne supports LEGO and the Ekimetrics Platform delivering models and insights.

  • Work closely with our Digital Hub, Data excellence and tech teams to ensure data governance and ad operations.

  • Support on the delivery of flawless campaign management.

  • Maintain strong relationships with Publicis ONE business, digital hub and market practice team leads to maximise project and growth opportunities LEGO’s business units.

  • Keep a pulse on the constantly evolving marketplace and collaborate closely with practice leads to ensure marketplace POVs address Client concerns and anticipate Client asks.

  • Maintain high standards of client service through weekly status sessions.

  • Provide day-to-day strategic and operational support for data and technology team

Qualifications

Attributes

  • 7+ years of marketing, advertising, operations, or program management experience

  • Experience driving alignment and adoption of process with local markets, working to global deadlines and providing progress reports to internal and client stakeholders.

  • Ability to understand business pain points from C-Level stakeholders – and develop a strategy to address the issues through application of improved operational process, people and/ or technology.

  • Clear accountability to evolve the business to become a more operationally functional team, ready for the future.

  • Experience developing C-level stakeholder presentations and presenting your thoughts and ideas.

  • Proactive, brave voice who will suggest new ideas and challenge the status quo, but can also help carry out the smart ideas of others

  • Ability to anticipate problems before they arise and move the business/account
