Your opportunity

  • Ensure governance guidelines are adhered to, performing compliance within projects by continuously challenging scope, resourcing, schedule & budget.

  • Support Enterprise and Business Change projects, proactively engage with project managers reporting at-risk or in-trouble status, ask probing questions about the health of their project and assisting them on the path back on track

  • Help with Development and Support of ePMO processes in line with best practices

  • Potentially support and coach newer members of ePMO team

  • Create project portfolio reports, ensuring strong governance over data received to ensure quality executive reporting.

  • Help Develop and Support ePMO’s data repository, ensuring directories are kept up-to-date and used in accordance with correct practice

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on how-to procedures for PMO Analyst responsibilities

  • Ensure Project Management tools such as Workfront are accurate and up-to-date

  • Meeting Management (Booking rooms/MS Teams, taking minutes, tracking actions)

  • Produce Project Status (or metrics) Reporting as needed from COO, Head of BCT, or ePMO.

  • Assist with project intake process and document management for Business Management Forum

  • Assist with ePMO Gateway Intranet pages: updating content and design

  • Design and maintain templates and documents used in the Project lifecycle

  • Assist with Quality Auditing of template usage and content

  • Assist with onboarding PMs and their projects onto Workfront

  • Assist with vendor relationship management and licensing for PM tool (Workfront)

  • Assist Head of ePMO with duties as required (including but not limited to: project intake process, business case reviews, PM quality peer reviews, cross-functional meeting and reporting, governance)

  • Carry out other duties as assigned

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong Microsoft skills such as, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment

  • Background in financial services (ideally asset management)

  • Experience with working with various project management tools

  • Experience with Workfront

  • Previous Project Management, ePMO, Change Management experience

  • Good understanding of the project delivery lifecycle

    Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
