Job summary

Prime Video is seeking a talented, creative, and self-motivated publicity professional to join the Prime Video UK PR team as a PR Coordinator for a 12month contract. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of publicity campaigns for Amazon Original Series and movies and must be a highly organised. You will work closely with senior members of the team to navigate cross-functional initiatives and dive into the details of various internal and external requests. Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to collaborate and be an effective team player in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support the senior PR team on series campaigns, including creating talent itineraries, booking glam, coordinating travel, managing screener access, press releases, press packs, creative assets and compiling coverage reports

  • Feel confident executing campaigns independently, alongside an agency, in the event that the senior team is unavailable to do so.

  • Liaise with other department coordinators to help with executive scheduling, travel, event ticketing, festival coordination, etc.

  • Support the execution of in-person and virtual junkets and premiere events

  • Help track and maintain series budgets and campaign success metrics

  • Keep current on trends, issues and news about both the business and consumer worlds of television and entertainment in general

  • Share information with external public relations agencies on strategy and day-to-day matters (if applicable) and work alongside them to produce our monthly forward planning newsletters.

  • Create new vendors and purchase orders; PO Troubleshooting

  • Consistently monitor our online storage folders to verify they are functioning properly.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with media.

  • Build and maintain relationships with the wider Prime Video team and key internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with the business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in professional communications or public relations
