We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Team Manager in the Kent area.
We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our team, within our Subsidence Services division, within the Specialist Subsidence Team.
You'll manage a team handling subsidence insurance claims, ensuring colleague development, service delivery, and complaint resolution. Skills or qualifications in insurance, team management, and client relations are essential.
You'll work closely with internal managers and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery across departments.
This is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in insurance claims, and a knack for client relations.
The skills you will have when you apply:
A full UK driving licence
Experience of subsidence insurance claims handling
Good people management, organisational skills, and the ability to be decisive in resolving matters
Excellent communication, empathy, and presentation skills for internal and external meetings, training & presentations
