Amazon Freight is growing at triple digit rates as we scale this new product across Europe and we are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our B2B Marketing Operations strategy. Come join the team and help us make history!

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for owning the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack for the Amazon Freight Marketing team. This candidate will move between strategy and execution on a daily basis as we iterate and innovate how we recruit and enable our Amazon Freight customers. This candidate will influence and drive functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities will include lifecycle marketing program creation, partnering with key program stakeholders to adapt the core components of the EU marketing program based on specific marketplace dynamics.

Key job responsibilities

• Create, manage and influence MarTech product roadmap and strategy. Own overall marketing technology eco-system (platforms, systems, tools) as systems expert and technical owner, liaising with the Tech team and 3rd party providers when required

• Create a roadmap of marketing lifecyle programs to accelerate customer funnel across all customer stages. From Lead, Onboarded stage, to attrited/reactivation stage.

· Develop tools and capabilities to enable full funnel marketing attribution

• Manage lead capturing and lead conversion tools like Pardot, Marketo and Salesforce

• Own development of website backend and data reporting

• Create and manage dashboards showcasing marketing metrics and candidate quality to monitor and improve the lead acquisition funnel. Spearhead lead generation machine learning tool

• Measure the effectiveness of user journey and marketing campaigns utilising A/B testing, web analytics and CRM software

• Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms

• Ensure marketing automation best practices and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements; document and lead training for marketing automation processes, multi-stage automated program development, lead scoring architecture and management, and trigger-based programs

Basic Qualifications

  • Relevant professional Marketing Operations experience in the technology sector (non-internship)

  • Proven Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot or similar) and CRM Platforms (Salesforce, Adobe architecture/tooling, or similar).

  • Proven experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Salesforce), for data visualization

  • Experience with Excel (data analysis, manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) and data driven insights.

  • Experience with A/B testing, marketing optimization, and experimentation and project management on marketing lifecycle

  • At ease with Cross-functional project development, to influence…

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams, agency partners and C-levels.

  • Experience with Python programming language.

  • Experience in scouting and contracting 3RD party CRM providers.

  • Experience in creating Marketing Attribution models through AI/ML.
