CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.We are recruiting aWorkplace Experience Managertojoin the teamlocatedin Heathrow, London.Theindividualwillbe the point of contact to the Client and Customers in supporting & driving the workplace agenda.The individual must have anexceptional interpersonal skill, with a vision for improvement and innovation, and an analytical mindset; someone who can collaborate andchampionchange throughout the implementation cycle and journey of workplace modernisation.

Role Summary :

· Liaise withbuilding stakeholdersand business contacts in driving the Workplacemodernization strategy– not limited to but including various methods such as forums, daily floor walks, comms meetings, innovation sessions, being key contact.

· Manage and coordinate the makingofinitiatives working with onsite teams to promote and to create a forward plan.

· With the support of the teams Event Planner manage/oversee all Events activities on site ensuring a seamless end to end delivery.

· Support the delivery of the One Team ethos.

· Develop and nurture business relationships with allstakeholdersacross the sitethrough these relationships, gain insights intoanticipatedfuture requirements and work these into the service delivery strategy

· Support the Workplace team with delivering individual building or site wide projects and initiatives.

· Support theAccountManager in driving consistency and standards across the site.

· Act as a key point of contact for all customerenquiriesand direct out to all required points of ownership

· Work collaboratively with customers

· Deliver value to our customers by providing top quality consultancy and acting as a trusted advisor.

· Establish andmaintaincustomer relationships by promoting site activities and promoting the wider facilities teams.

· Manage team to ensure they deliver with the same customer focus and dedication.

· Proactively work with the site team and customer to ensure innovation and continuous improvement is at the front of our delivery.

· Accountable for all soft services delivery on the contract including contractor delivery, reporting, meetings, HSE, compliance and auditing (internal and external)

Experience Required:

· Previousexperience ofWorkplace Experience/Building Services in a Corporate environment

· Previousexperience inorganizing, managing events and large meetings.

· Computer literate in MS Office Applications

· Always sethigh standardsfor themselves and others

· Can inspire others and supportnew ideasand initiatives.

· Can adapt to changing demands and deadlines.

· Good understanding ofthe customers’ needs and takes pride in the service delivered to our customers and our customers’ customers.

· Ability toanalysedata,identifytrends and convey results, deploying an action plan in a clear,conciseand confident manner

· Excellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in an effective manner

· Ability to think strategically and independently.

· High customer service focused Sound problem solving ability
