What’s a typical day as a Claims Examiner? You’ll be:
• Analyzing complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due
• Working with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation
• Ensuring ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations and industry best practices
• Identifying subrogation of claims and negotiating settlements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 4 years of California workers' compensation claims experience
• Hold certification in OSIP (Occupational Safety and Insurance Professional)
• Possess strong knowledge of California WC claims
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in claims examination
