Resident will not action on alerts* Optimize the Cyber Vault components to ensure a smooth run state:o Investigate and report on supportability of customer-initiated hardware and software changes to the Cyber Recovery Vault infrastructure and protected date including patchingo Manage capacity and performance of replication jobs* Participate in the recovery and restore operations at the direction of the customer* Provide knowledge transfer to the customer for PPCM and CyberSense operations* Review backup set reports, CyberSense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis(indexing, segments etc)* Conducts knowledge transfer to address the Customers skills and resource gaps of vault operations* Resident will also assist the customer setting Networker policies for VM backups.* Assist with Mtrees replicationEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
