Position: IT Manager
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a small to medium IT
environment, with at least 1 year experience in critical security control
and experience in network and server administration.Experience in US
Government/Defense industry preferred.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science,
information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.Evidence of
continuing education, such as IT or security-related certifications, is a
plus. (ITIL, PMP, CISSP)
Compensation Range: $100k - $150k depending upon experience and education.

Job Description: The IT Manager is responsible for assessing and
implementing the practices, processes, and tools that enable company-wide
high-performance engineering and business operations.The IT Manager is a
direct technical contributor who manages the local IT staff, reports to the
Chief of Staff, and collaborates with the Vice President of IT at our parent
company.The IT Manager must be proficient in modern network and systems
administration, cybersecurity, computer systems, physical security,
and mobile phone systems.The IT Manager must be comfortable working with team
members and demonstrate patience to both learn from team members and teach new
skills to team members.
Responsibilities include:
Supervisor for local IT team members
Manage and implement CMMC compliance, NIST SP 800-171, STIG
configurations, and other US government cybersecurity initiatives
Responsible for overall cybersecurity and physical security profile for the
company
Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Coordinate equipment repairs with vendors
Respond to incoming IT requests via walk-ups, phone, or email
Develop and document process and procedures for IT and end users
Responsible for securing Windows server and system administration to include
imaging, maintaining, troubleshooting, patching, and repairing environments
Responsible for preventive maintenance, analysis of system faults,
troubleshooting, and running diagnostic tests on operating system and
hardware to detect problems as well as be capable of repairing
system/environment problems
Support network connectivity and troubleshooting
Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Active Directory Group Policy

8 years of experience in IT and at least 2 years of experience leading

Strong or anizational skills with experience in issue tracking and resolution
methods
Experience with MS Office 365 applications and tools from an IT implementation
and maintenance perspective
Install, support, and maintain client and server operating systems
Experience with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity framework
Experience with administration of server-based networked systems, network
storage, firewalls, and switches
Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer
hardware and software and peripherals
Develop policies and procedures for IT Staff and end users
Develop training for IT Staff and end users
Additional Desired Experience / Capability:
Experience with GCC High Administration
Experience with managing ERP systems (particularly Dynamics 365)
Experience with IT budget planning and monitoring
