Responsibilities
Build computerized distribution lists
Generate customer inventory activity reports
Distribute daily warehouse reports of materials to be shipped
Receive products into inventory and monitor inventory levels
Assess customer needs and address incoming calls and complaints
Schedule inbound and outbound truck and rail activities
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify and confirm pick-up and delivery of customer products
Dispatch orders and provide instructions to drivers and vendors
