Executive Assistant PPCJP00000438 A leading digital streaming network is seeking an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the SVP in Worldwide Theatrical Marketing Partnerships. The ideal candidate has two or more years of equivalent work experience, preferably with an entertainment and/or international background. Executive Assistant Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $25/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Los Angeles, CA 90038 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 3 Weeks Assignment, Possible extension Executive Assistant Responsibilities: * Manage SVP's heavy daily global calendar, answering calls, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and appointments across multiple domestic and international time zones. * Arrange meetings and conferences including securing conference rooms, issuing meeting invitations, preparing materials, agendas, handouts, catering, notes, and recaps. * Arrange detailed international travel and itineraries. Perform various administrative duties including but not limited to filing, typing, organizing documents, printing materials, creating and organizing binders, and files. * Manage expense reports. * Prepare projects, research, reports, and presentations in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word, and keep internal documents up to date (i.e., promotional timelines, status reports, etc.). * Manage, organize, and track merchandise inventory and storage. * Arrange international shipments. * Liaise with internal departments and external entities. Executive Assistant Qualifications: * 2+ years of equivalent work experience, preferably with an entertainment and/or international background. * Bachelor's Degree. * Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts, and senior management in a clear, concise, and courteous manner. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. * Familiarity with a variety of industry concepts and theatrical properties is preferred. * Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented. * Ability to work well and be flexible in various challenging environments and high-pressure situations. * High Proficiency with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and Zoom. * Familiarity with other video/audio software -Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Blue Jeans. * Ability to lift merchandise boxes up to 20 lbs. * Knowledge of foreign language(s) a plus. * Keen interest in film, brand marketing, and deal-making is a plus. Shift: * 9 am - 6 pm.
