Summary of Essential Duties:
Performs item counts of medical exam and administrative office supplies for the department to ensure appropriate par-levels
Accurately records quantities necessary to restore supply par-levels on inventory control forms
For supply deliveries, accurately counts items and verifies that quantities and descriptions match what is on the invoice
Notes all discrepancies on appropriate inventory control form and/or packaging slip
Puts away supplies in designated storage areas and maintains neat and orderly organization of items
Maintains cleanliness of storage areas to assure infection control and efficacy of supplies
Accurately inputs orders into PeopleSoft (or order/procurement) system

Experience:
2 years of experience dealing with inventory preferred
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Windows-based PC proficiency required
