Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting? Full service clinic is seeking a dedicated Referral Coordinator to join our team in Downtown LA, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a 6-month contract-to-hire position that includes benefits.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm OR 8am-5pm

Job responsibilities:
Help and assist with external referrals.
Submit referral requests to the proper IPA.
Ensure that insurance is verified for the patient to see that specialist outside of the clinic.
Schedule the specialist appointment.
Verify that the patient attended the specialist appointment.
Submit reporting.
Process 20-40 referrals daily.
Knowledge of different types of insurance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
