Office Manager
Position Summary:
The support office manager for the Boulder (Louisville) office provides
support to administrative management, and all support staff as needed. The
Office Manager is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth
operation of the office and administrative functions, as well as being a
part of the administrative team, which in turn works together to provide
high quality and timely support to the work of the organization of F5
Networks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performing multifaceted general office support
Building and maintaining strong relationships across a global team
Welcoming new employees with tour of building, introductions, and meet and
greets
Assist in organizing training and staff development
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and reminders
Responsible for organizational functions and general meeting support including
arranging room reservations, follow-up calls, ensuring rooms are in good
working order and clean, etc.
Provide support for teams including staff travel arrangements and expense
tracking, program and stipend supplies,etc.
Coordinating between departments/teams, resolving day-to-day
administrative and operational issues
Provide support for Human Resources with interview scheduling, applicant
pools, resume files, orientation, and monitoring time sheets
Responsible for managing supplies and maintenance of storage areas
Collaborating with managers or employees on any concerns or matters that need
to be addressed
Collaborating with Vice President and General Manager on any concerns and
providing help as needed on projects, events, etc.
Assisting and coordinating with team members the organization of support team
lunches, parties, events, etc.
Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as required
Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in customer service, working in a high-volume
environment, handling customer interactions via phone and email
2+ years experience multi-tasking and coordinating cross-functional projects
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Associates Degree is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills essential. Must speak fluent
English.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile and airplane up to
15% of the time. The role may require being on call periodically and working
outside of normal working hours (evenings and weekends), and may require
use of personal automobile for running errands (mileage can be reimbursed.)

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $86,085.00 - $129,127.00
F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for

industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the
time of the job posting and is subject to change.
