Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist based in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. As part of our team, you will play a key role in managing client relations and enhancing our customer service functions. Your role will also involve working with various specialties within the healthcare sector, as well as managing revenue cycle processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Handle constructive criticism and feedback to improve client relations.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude in resolving client concerns and inquiries.
• Organize and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Utilize your experience in healthcare revenue cycle processes to enhance our services.
• Leverage your knowledge of different specialties within the healthcare industry.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply your skills in client management to improve our overall service delivery.
• Use your experience in revenue cycle processes to optimize our financial operations.
• Continuously strive for improvement in all aspects of the job function. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in customer service and client
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Customer service oriented with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions.
• Experience in managing client relationships.
• Understanding of revenue cycle processes.
• Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle is preferred.
