Description:
Work the entire lifecycle of a bid
Analyze and review construction document
Identify scope of work and perform quantity takeoffs of site, civil and underground utility work
Solicit and review proposals from material vendors and subcontractors to ensure accuracy, evaluate responses, scope compliance, and make recommendations with regards to the overall project estimate and bid package.
Develop preliminary construction schedules based on the project information provided in the plans and specifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Construction estimating experience
Well-versed in excel
Strong math skills
Degree preferred (engineering or construction management)
Project Management experience preferred
