Aerotek Maintenance Technician in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky

Description:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues (AC, DC, Voltage up to 600V, 3 phase, logic controllers, relays, motors, and sensors)

Troubleshoot pumps, valves, laminators, and other mechanical equipment in the plant

Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs

Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings

Repair and maintain gear sets, gearboxes, bearings, etc.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic control and power systems

Perform facility maintenance on boilers, screw air compressors, chillers, pumps, and HVAC

Repair tools (hand and powered)

Perform 5S (Sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain) around the plant

Adhere to companies rules and policies (LOTO)

Communicate and collaborate with fellow maintenance team to solve issues by identifying issues and correcting them
