Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician for a third-shift position. This role offers a starting wage of $29.75 per hour, with a shift differential bringing the total to approximately $31 per hour. You will be working in a food production environment, so comfort with wearing hair and beard nets is necessary. We are looking for someone with a solid background in industrial maintenance who values a family-oriented company culture and sees themselves committing long-term.
Responsibilities
Perform industrial maintenance tasks involving both electrical and mechanical skillsets.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems.
Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
Maintain automated machinery and ensure smooth operations.
Work with ammonia refrigeration systems (if experienced).
Essential Skills
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong balance of electrical and mechanical skillsets.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.75 - $31.00/hr.
