Our CompanyOverviewThe Manager, Financial Planning and 3rd Party PBM Analytics, supports the Purchasing and Trade Relations Department for Third Party PBM contracting and negotiations. Performs daily, weekly and monthly analysis to help review of Long-Term Care reimbursement and along with changing industry dynamics.
The ideal candidate will bring working knowledge and experience of financial planning and analytics from a Long-Term Care or Senior Living environment.
This is a remote position with 25% travel. Applicants may reside anywhere within the continental USA.

Responsibilities* Responsible for financial oversight of Long-Term Care 3rd Party Payor contracts and reimbursement. | * Performs monthly analysis to identify key drivers of reimbursement and cogs by payor and drug. | * Works cross functionally with Clinical, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and 3rd Party Payor teams to identify enhanced margin opportunities for the Company. | * Performs in depth impact analysis by PBM to determine changes in payor mix that may shape contract renewal strategies. | * Provides 3rd Party Payor market segment performance and feedback to leadership teams. | * Monitor margin optimization opportunities among product utilization. | * Analyze and manage all claim data related to LTC business at point of sale and post adjudication contracting methodology. This includes Generic Effective Rate and Brand Effective Rates. | * Monthly audit and recon of contract compliance with company's generic equivalent rate contracts. | * Weekly and monthly NADAC analysis and reconciliation. | * ADHOC reporting and analysis as needed. |

Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Health Science or other similar major/degree |
* Minimum of five (5) years or more of financial planning and analysis experience * Previous experience with analyzing and forecasting. | * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel), BRIO, Power BI and/or SAS |
