Local Company is looking for a full time Accounting Admin Assistant Data
entry-enter purchase orders and sales orders. Assist with accounts
payables and receivables, enter invoices and set up payments. Record
intercompany transactions between different operations. Compile monthly
reports. Generate detailed reports for reconciliation as needed. Must
have a good working knowledge of excel and QuickBooks. Hours: 8am to
5pm - one hour lunch Paid vacations and holidays 401k, Short/Long Term
