Performs routine and moderately difficult clerical duties of a specialized nature, which may be performed in a variety of University settings. Responsibilities may include basic bookkeeping, data coding, filing, sorting, posting, verifying, recording, typing, and word processing. • Assist content area Managers as assigned including Family, Health, Education, ERSEA, and Fiscal.
• Participate in professional development by attending conferences and professional meetings and by readingprofessional literature. Share pertinent information with peers.
• Help plan, attend, and participate in regular team planning meetings, center staff meetings, and special events.
• Hospitality - assist with set up of conference room for all meetings, including cleaning areas and setting up furniture.
• Greet parents, children, and visitors. Answer phones and transfer calls or take messages. Assist in classrooms asneeded for coverage, lunches, or breaks. Assist with parent information sessions. :::
