Position overview:
As theProduction Planning & Control Specialist you are a member ofCustomer Fulfillment team, reporting to the CF Teamleader. You will contribute to the success of Ball by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries, close and continuous collaboration with all relevant customers and employees, and coordinatingfor lid and packaging material movements for the LRD.
Key responsibilities include:
Logical sequencing of the decor to be produced to ensure on-time delivery in batch sizes adapted to demand and forecasts, as far as the conditions allow.
Properly managing all issued production orders.
Timely production and immediate contact with the customer in case of foreseeable delays.
Promptly responding to received letters and phone calls.
Strict adherence to agreements made.
Promptly forwarding all received complaints and claims to the relevant responsible parties.
Knowledge and experience required:
Commercial education with experience at high school level
High customer focus
Proficiency in SAP
Production experience
