Oracle Integration Architect in LUND, Sweden

Job Description

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

At Oracle Cerner we’re working at the intersection of health and technology. We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for Senior Integration Architect to join an exciting regional project in Sweden, deploying an integrated digital health record, replacing existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities for a comprehensive solution.

As a Integration Architect in our Nordics market, you will leverage your healthcare information technology and Millennium platform experience to support a diverse team of consultants across the entire Millennium platform. You will cultivate client and internal relationships and manage a high degree of complexity to achieve business objectives and coordinate design, configuration, validation, testing and integration activities across integrated software solutions and venues of care. This project includes supporting and upskilling the workstream and client teams, exploring and resolving technical challenges, localized design decisions and 3rd party integrations, and working hands-on in a variety of technical environments.

The Integration Architect will be assigned ownership to certain tasks, workstreams and responsibilities within the team, and will participate in the execution of domain, issue, and change management strategies, as well as managing escalated client and project integration risks. You will partner closely with the client and interal workstream teams and engagement management team to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to the client.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a range of experience, building on a background of healthcare IT implementation consulting and Cerner Millennium knowledge, and incorporating 3rd party integration knowledge, collaborative consulting experience, escalation management, event support and facilitation (including cutover events) and navigating complex technical and organizational environments to achieve win-win outcomes for our clients and Oracle Cerner.

This position can be based in Sweden or Netherlands.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, General Studies or related field, or 4 years equivalent relevant work experience

At least 3 years of software work experience implementing Cerner Millennium

At least 2 years project management work experience

Preferred completed 2 projects utilizing the Consulting Framework Methodology and/or Iterative project methodology

Expectations:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows

Ability to travel up to 50%

Relocation support is not on offer for this position.
