Work with CMM Operators, and CMM Programmers/Operators and other quality department personnel who are consistently engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure quality standards are met, as well as high productivity and high technical integrity; Monitor and oversee the inspection activity for product throughout the production process; Apply total quality management tools and approach to analytical and reporting processes; Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products; Interact with customers to ensure quality objectives are clarified and implemented where needed (customer quality); Provide quality technical or management topical instruction, expertise and problem resolution for department related activities; Supervise production processes and order the required equipment and supplies for the process; and Perform related duties are required and assigned.
