With increasing complexity of today’s eCommerce and rise of opportunities, the SAS Team aims to leverage the full potential of each Amazon selling partner. Our team provides in-depth strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to achieve commercial goals of our sellers. Our holistic service offering includes topics such as International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, B2B Sales, Promotions, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building. In parallel to this strategic support, all selling partners integrated receive enhanced operational support by a separate team of operational experts.

What is the role of a Process Specialist Lead and its’ purpose?

As a Process Specialist Lead in SAS, you’ll be an essential part of innovating & transforming our processes. You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of new processes for our customers. You’ll also oversee processes that are already running and find ways to improve them. This is your opportunity to have a big impact on some of the most exciting new ideas that are shaping the future of Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

As a Process specialist lead:

a. You are a part of the Central Product Team and work within the automation team.

b. You collaborate with the SAS Leaders to make existing processes more efficient and scalable by automating them.

c. You guide Automation & AI teams to implement the solutions using SQL, Python or AI Technologies such as ML/LLM models.

d. You forge partnership with business streams, crafting automated processes to adapt to evolving customer preferences and technological advancements.

e. You establish goals aligned with business objectives and consistently report on goal progress.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or other relevant field

  • Several years of experience in program / project / product management

  • Experience in driving multiple, ambiguous projects

  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside of the SPPS organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must Have: SQL

  • Python, Quicksight, AWS tools, Agile Experience

  • Knowledge of Retail & Marketplace

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with a track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations

  • Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence

  • Demonstrated experience delivering soft skills, program skills and systems/tools training
