The Role
As a Vehicle Readiness Specialist at Tesla, your role is integral to delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. Your primary responsibilities include vehicle preparation for customer delivery and active collaboration with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities within our vehicle readiness processes. This entails comprehensive preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and ensuring the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles.
Success in this position demands a highly efficient and enthusiastic approach to challenges while proactively embracing responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a positive energy, exceptional organizational skills, strong work ethic, and a passion for sustainable energy.
What You'll Do
Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standards
Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment
Ability to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as needed
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
What You'll Bring

Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license in country of employment

Expected Compensation
Service Support Associate I - $16.80 - $25.19/hour
Service Support Associate II - $18.47 - $27.70/hour
Service Support Associate III - $20.14 - $30.21/hour
Service Support Associate IV - $22.80 - $34.20/hour
Lead Service Support Associate - $24.47 - $36.71/hour
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
