Job Description
Our client is looking for 3 Electrical Foreman's to supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget. Other Responsibilities Include:
-Supervise and coordinate day to day operations of internal install team.
-Plan and layout Scope of Work to ensure project completion.
-Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and procedures.
-Monitor the progress of projects by daily reporting to management, sales and the Project manager assigned to the project.
-Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues.
-Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills.
-Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects.
-Monitor the work of their install crew to ensure the quality of work meets standards.

Skills and Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent
-5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring
-Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
-Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
-Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Ability to pass a drug screen and background check -Experience working for Georgia Power or other electrical contracting competitors
-Valid electrician's license. (Preferred not required) null
