Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issues
- Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns and feedback
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services
- Provide support in English to customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Process sales orders and perform data entry tasks accurately
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively
- Ability to upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Prior experience in outbound calling is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Ohio property and casualty insurance license (can be obtained on the job if currently not held).
