JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: This position will primarily provide
psychiatry care to a variety of adult outpatient care. This position
will also supervise and mentor residents/fellows/trainees. SMPH is

care settings. In addition to having an individual caseload of patients,
the successful candidate may work in a team-based model of outpatient
care and may have the opportunity to work in a collaborative care model.
Provide psychiatric care for a variety of pediatric and/or adult
patients (90%): -Provide care across both inpatient and outpatient
settings. -Service on appropriate department and medical school
committees. -Participate in other department teaching activities. -Share
in call schedules. Provide supervision, mentorship, and teaching (10%):
-Supervise, mentor, and teach psychiatric residents, psychology interns
and medical students. The successful candidate will supervise residents
and medical students and may provide direct supervision in resident
clinic. The position includes supervising residents taking call for the
UW and VA Medical Center hospitals as well as sharing holiday call for
the UW psychiatric units. The position includes protected time for
