JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Associate Director reports to the
Child Development Lab Director and serves as a backup in the Director\'s
absence. The Associate Director is responsible for assisting with the
day-to-day operations including staff scheduling, providing leadership
in designated project management tasks, assists with budget development
and oversight, assists with purchasing, payments, and tuition account
billing, ensures licensing and accreditation standards are consistently
met, regularly assists with reviewing and writing new and updated
policies and procedures to align with current standards. The Associate
Director assists with the coordination of daily operational needs of the
CDL program, and program and scheduling needs of outside stakeholders
such as research. The Associate Director supervises float teachers and
student hourly employees. The Associate Director provides tours and
enrolls new families, assists with program communication and family
activities. The Associate Director actively contributes to the decisions
of the Administrative Team and assists the CDL Director to meet the
CDL\'s overall strategic goals, mission, and vision. This position is
responsible for staff scheduling which includes arranging for staffing
coverage when staff call off. This may occur during nights and weekends.
Additionally, this position may be required to attend professional
development trainings and/or other CDL community wide events that may
occur on nights or weekend. Responsibilities: Assists with budget and
curriculum development and teaching policy for one or multiple early
childhood education facilities to ensure safety and compliance and
foster an environment of learning and development. Directs operations,
supervises staff, and monitors licensing and accreditation compliance.

curriculums, professional development, and operating policies and
procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and unit
