JOB REQUIREMENTS: Care Team Leader - Inpatient, Pediatric OR, Evenings No Call - 25627 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday, evening shift. 3:00pm - 11:30am. Holiday in-house shift responsibility. No call responsibility. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Care Team Leader to: * Be a front line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. * Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills. * Communicate with the interprofessional team to establish goals and strategies. Preferred - Baccalaureate degree in nursing Work Experience : Minimum - Two (2) years of experience in Surgical Services setting Preferred - Three (3) years of experience in Surgical Services setting Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations. Basic Life Support/CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
