JOB REQUIREMENTS: Certified Hand Therapist Part-time - 30357 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 65 % FTE, 26 hours/week. 8 -hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM . No weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department. We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to: * Provide treatment for hand and upper extremity patients of all ages and guide them through individualized rehabilitation programs. * Efficiently communicate with hand surgeons (both plastic and orthopedic), hand fellowship trained physician referral sources, and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration. * Work within a large, dynamic rehab team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care. Preferred - Master\'s degree in OT or Doctorate Degree in PT. Work Experience : Minimum - Three (3) years of professional experience in therapy area of specialty. Preferred - Five (5) years of Hand and Upper Extremity experience.
