a Chief Executive Assistant (CEA) and support our CEO. This role will
serve as a trusted liaison with the Board of Directors, leadership, and
stakeholders ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and

Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage an active executive calendar:
schedule meetings, arrange travel, ensure licensure compliance -
proactively keep the President & CEO well informed of upcoming
commitments, deadlines, and priorities Reconcile credit card expenses,
allocate to budgets, and create expense reports Prepare meeting
materials, take minutes, and distribute to appropriate parties in a
timely manner Anticipate the CEO\'s needs to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness Communicate directly on behalf of the CEO with internal
and external stakeholders Welcome visitors, screen correspondence, and
represent the CEO professionally Facilitate smooth communication between
the CEO\'s office, external parties, and internal departments Serve as a
\"gatekeeper\" to optimize access to the CEO\'s time Board Support:
Communicate with shareholders, the Board of Directors, and committees on
Board matters Schedule and coordinate Board meetings - book
reservations, catering, travel, and other logistics, prepare agendas,
and distribute materials Manage the Quartz board portal to ensure
accuracy and protocol adherence Qualifications 5+ years of experience
support C-level executives in a fast-paced environment, preferably with
prior experience supporting President & CEO-level executives Project
management skills - including the ability to proactively make decisions
and manage multiple priorities, knowing when further approval should be
sought, and effectively delegate tasks to others to effectively
accomplish complex tasks in a timely manner Proficiency in Microsoft
