31644 Work Schedule : 100%, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant: * Manage MyTime scheduling and
staffing for RN case managers and social workers. * Complete payroll
management, including both salaried and hourly staff. * Compliance
assignment and tracking for licensure, certifications, fit testing, and
annual competencies. * Assist with onboarding of new staff. *
Collaborate with Coordinated Care managers and lead staff. At UW Health,

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum - High School diploma
or equivalent. Preferred - Associate\'s Degree in Business
Administration or related field. Work Experience : Minimum - One year of
experience in an administrative support role. Preferred - Three years of
experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in
