Research and Data department in our Madison facility. SALARY: Hiring
Range for this position is from \$61,044 to \$75,195 Annually. Offered
Salary will be based on qualifications and internal pay equity. WHEDA

insurance and deferred compensation programs. POSITION OVERVIEW: The
position of Data Analyst is responsible for leading impact analysis of
multifamily financing programs to evaluate program outcomes and
strengthen alignment with the mission and strategic priorities of WHEDA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Data Management and Analysis: Collaborate with the RAD
Team and external partners to collect and organize housing data from
various sources, including government databases and industry studies.
Use statistical techniques to analyze large datasets to identify trends
and insights in housing markets and demographics, supporting data-driven
decision-making for performance management and policy development.
Automate processes to improve the efficiency of data analysis and
reporting. Help establish frameworks with the team for housing analysis,
including studies and product evaluations. Develop data collection
systems and strategies to track and optimize performance metrics and
resource use. Literature Review and Research: Conduct literature reviews
on housing research, outcome measurement, and impacts such as social
determinants of health. Review industry reports and collaborate with
partners to identify and adopt best practices in housing that inform
