The HR Director is a key contact for corporate services provided at UPH Meriter. This position works closely with the AVP of HR and the Manager of Employee Relations to create and lead organizational Human Resources strategy.
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA in Business, Healthcare Administration or related fields
7-10 years in Human Resource management
Strategic Planning, Communication and Presentation skills, team builder
In-depth knowledge of Human Resources including organizational development. Proven leadership skills in complex organization. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Keen interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Labor Relations or related field.
Healthcare HR experience in leadership roles.
