About This Opportunity JOB TITLE: Director, Process Improvement - Manufacturing Process POSITION TYPE: Full time CLASSIFICATION: Exempt This position is responsible for the Foremost Farms Process Improvement (PI) program by effectively identifying, leading, coaching, training and implementing process improvement solutions across the Foremost Farms organization. Responsibilities include directing and developing a team and working with cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure the execution and sustainability of improvement initiatives in the areas of process management (Business and Manufacturing). Individuals must be results oriented with a bias for data driven decision making while being able to manage a team of process engineers across multiple projects.
