JOB REQUIREMENTS: Endoscopy Technician Digestive Health Center - 34851
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : Part-time, per diem day
shift. Monday - Friday rotating start times between 6:30am - 9:00am,
working 8-hour shifts. No weekends, holidays or on-call required. Hours
may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Join the #1
hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking Endoscopy Technician to: * Assist
physicians or other providers with procedures performed in the
gastroenterology endoscopy setting. * Prepare and position patients for
procedures, assisting providers during endoscopy, including biopsy
specimen collection, and polypectomy. * Restocking of procedure room
supplies and monitoring of supply PAR levels. * Troubleshooting of all
specialty equipment. * Adherence to strict infection control practices

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum - High School Diploma
or equivalent. Preferred - Formal training or experience in medical
specialty (i.e. LPN, MA, Advanced Nursing Assistant) Work Experience :
Preferred - * One year of experience in a clinical setting (or) * One
year of experience assisting in GI or Pulmonary Medical Procedures,
Basic Cardiac Monitoring Experience. Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - BLS/CPR certification Required Skills, Knowledge, and
Abilities : * Knowledge of communication techniques, teamwork, customer
service standards and quality improvement. * Knowledge of the use of
