JOB REQUIREMENTS: Food Production Cook - 31108
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: This is a 1.0 FTE position.
Rotating weekends and holidays required. Hours may vary based on the
operational needs of the department. Work as a talented culinary expert
to compose and prepare meals from scratch. The Food Production Cook is
responsible for hot and cold food production in a high-volume kitchen.

problem-solve and make decisions. External hires may be eligible for up
to a \$1,000 sign-on bonus. We are seeking a Food Production Cook to: *
Prepare large volumes of food with a high level of complexity, variety,
and quality. Prepare entrees, sandwiches, soups, starches, vegetables,
sauces, and desserts for general diets and modified diets. * Assess
quality and condition of ingredients used in food production. * Prepare

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum - High School Diploma
or equivalent Preferred - Associates degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or
Nutrition Work Experience : Minimum - One (1) year experience in high
volume food production setting Preferred - Two (2) years\' experience in
high volume food production setting Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - ServSafe certification required within six (6) months of hire
