JOB REQUIREMENTS: Talent Administration: oManage all assigned job advertisements on applicable job boards. Be able to monitor effectiveness while also balancing value for any paid postings. oParticipate in the interviewing and selection of all associates including the review of resumes, conduct phone interviews, review relevant notes with hiring managers, administrator various assessments, setting up formal interview schedules and gathering feedback after the interview process. oLead the internal transfer/promotion process for all assigned associates. This includes: bank notification, network access, seating arrangements, etc. oManage the full onboarding process, which can consist of various HRIS set-ups, benefits, policies, procedures and other relevant information. Compliance/Record Keeping oAssure that company employment, employee relations, personnel, and equal opportunity policies and practices comply with the applicable provisions of federal and state labor laws, including the maintenance of necessary files, providing guidance and support, etc. oUtilize the results from the ATS system to actively update all Affirmative Action and EEO reporting on an annual basis. oMaintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the Human Resources function (e.g., EEO, ADA, AA, ERISA, FMLA, Wage & Hour, etc). Associate Relations oProvide guidance on training programs to assure maximum effectiveness of associates. Including but not limited to: Addressing handbook policies/procedures by explaining how they work and answering any/all relevant questions. Payroll and Benefit administration, discussing issues as they come up and being a consistent resource for associates who have problems or questions. Lead/Assist with the planning, organizing, and management of activities and Committees established by the Human Resources Department. Provide back up for payroll processing and complete on a quarterly basis to remain confident in the process. Including completing monthly and annual reporting for management as needed. Verify documents, organize, scan and update associate files. Protects all confidential information obtained on the job by safeguarding it when in use, filing it properly when not in use, disposing of it properly and discuss it only with those who have a legitimate business need to know. Completes all assigned training courses in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to: Compliance, Information Security and job specific trainings. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2 or more years of Human Resources related experience. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field.
