JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Lead HR Advisor - Employee Relations
serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization and leads
the deployment of key HR initiatives. This role will lead Medica\'s most
complex and/or high-risk employee investigations, consult and provide
recommendations on organizational restructures and reductions-in-force,
and provide enterprise-wide support of both strategic and tactical
people programs. This role serves as a team lead on day-to-day Employee
Relations functions and the development and execution of assigned HR
processes and programs. The Lead HR Advisor utilizes technical and
administrative HR expertise across multiple functions and competencies.

Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of
education and experience required; 7+ years of progressive Human
Resources, Investigation, People Leadership, or Compliance experience,
or a combination thereof, including at least 3+ years of HR Generalist,
HR Business Partner, Employee Relations or Workplace Investigations
focus. Skills and Abilities: Head investigator of complex cases
involving significant organizational risk and/or exposure Communicate
investigation discoveries and recommendations to HR Leadership and Legal
partners Maintain accurate and thorough records, collect relevant
documentation, and prepare and present written summary of findings and
investigatory analysis to appropriate HR or Legal Leadership Lead
various projects such as process simplification, policy rollouts, or
leading high-performing team sessions Lead HR process improvement
initiatives related to the partnerships between HRBPs, Centers of
Excellence, and HR Operations Drive impactful contributions to the
deployment of core HR processes such as compensation planning,
performance reviews, and other HR initiatives Lead the development,
implementation, and maintenance of process and communications to support
an equal and fair work environment Document and guide employees and
leaders through performance, conduct, complaint, and other employee
concerns/issues Enhances the skills and confidence of managers to
effectively address workplace issues with their employees through
training and support Proficiency in clear and concise verbal and written
communication Ability to function as a subject matter expert for Human
Resources and other stakeholders This position is a Hub role, which
requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated
office, Minnetonka/Madison/Omaha, for applicable heads-up work.
Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership. The
