The Mansion

The Mansion Hill Inn invites you to join a trailblazing movement in hospitality. Nestled in the heart of Madison’s Mansion Hill district, our inn alchemizes luxury lodging and historic splendor to create an unforgettable retreat for our guests. The Role

The Event Assistant brings the vision of meaningful hospitality to the operations at the Mansion. Our Event Assistants embody their love of service by being wholly present for each of our guests during our scheduled events. They have a talent for anticipating guest needs and providing skillful, prompt assistance. By joining our events team, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

  • Setup and teardown of event space which includes but not limited to; chairs, tables, equipment, food and beverages.

  • Ensure the event space is clean and organized.

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with personal belongings as needed.

  • Take direction from the events manager and follow all procedures as necessary.

  • Able to handle unexpected changes or challenges that arise during the event.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to event organizers, guests, and vendors.

  • Provide active service throughout shift (this will include lifting objects up to 25 pounds)

The Schedule

We are currently seeking 2 part-time Event Assistants. Availability for scheduled events, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.
