JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Inpatient &
Outpatient Trauma Surgery - 31543 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work
Schedule : 100% FTE. Monday-Friday, four 10-hour shifts between the
hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant to: * Provide comprehensive care to trauma patients
with varying acuity, including in our trauma intermediate care unit. *
Will conduct outpatient visits one 10-hour shift per week, follow up on
surgical trauma patients post-operatively, and coordinate follow up
care. * Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to
provide consistent high-quality care to our patients. * Participate in
daily rounding and collaborate with attending and residents in order to
adjust plans of care. * Perform procedures such as: suture removal and

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : If Nurse Practitioner:
Master\'s or Doctorate\'s degree from accredited Nursing Program. If
Physician Assistant: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from accredited PA
Program. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP
or PA licensure If Nurse Practitioner*: * Active RN and APRN
certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in
state(s) of practice AND * Active board certification as a NP in area
of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult;
Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care If
Physician Assistant*: * Active PA license, including prescriptive
authority, in state(s) of practice AND * Active PA board certification
